But for orders online, here’s what you need to do to work out which size you need.

• A Height: With bare feet, stand up straight and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
• B Helmet Size: Measure all the way around your head, just above the eyebrows and ears.
• C Bust/Chest: Run a tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest.
• D Waist: Wrap the tape measure snugly – but not too tightly – around where your jeans would comfortably sit.
• E Hands: Take a measurement around the palm of your hand, not including the thumb.
• F Hips: Measure all around the widest point of your hips.
• G Inside leg: Run a tape measure down the inside of your leg, easy now! From your groin to the sole of your foot.
